Zhou joins Yale as postdoctoral scholar

October 1, 2019

Baohua Zhou has joined Yale as a postdoctoral scholar. Baohua did his PhD in theoretical physics at Emory University, where he had been modeling the sensorimotor learning of Songbirds. His current focus is building computational and mathematical models to understand motion detection mechanisms in animals (mainly in Drosophila). Baohua is hosted jointly with the Lab of Damon Clark, as part of a joint neuroscience and data science effort funded by the NSF and the Kavli Foundation.
